We use German Post for shipments.
Two services are available:

1.Premium Service, air mail only
delivery time: 1 –2 weeks (depending on where you live)

2. Economy Service, airmail for overseas distances and standard ground service otherwise. delivery time: about 2-4 weeks (depending on where you live)


The shipping cost is determined as follows:
the postage price (depending on country and service) plus a charge per kilogram (also depending on country and service) for the packaging.

exchange
product can be exchanged only if defective and only with the same product within 14 days from the day of shipment. customer will pay for the shipment back to ˜scape warehouse.
